On joining The HiVE, Bayside discovered that migrating engagement sites can be easy.

When the council moved to our digital engagement platform The HiVE, they got access to a range of powerful new tools and resources to take their engagement projects up a notch. But they also brought over five years worth of engagement projects, data and member profiles with them.

When looking at a new platform, many organisations would be intimidated by the idea of moving all their content and data. But such migrations can be managed seamlessly with The HiVE. We wanted to make the transition painless and easy, and we managed the process between the two platforms smoothly and quickly.


Moving to The HiVE has given Bayside access to a new range of features and services. The HiVE offers customised design, so Bayside went from a one-size fits all template to an elegant, bespoke design that integrates with the council’s wider branding. Council soon found that their new website can do everything their old one did and more, with The HiVE’s unrivalled and ever-growing selection of content and participation tools.
